During winter, our magnificent Baie-des-Chaleurs is covered by a thick layer of ice. It’s time when smelts, delicious small fishes with a lightly sweet taste, gather together in large schools searching for food. Comfortably settled inside your shanty, you will have the opportunity to tease that wriggling little silver guy and possibly bring back the main ingredient for a succulent meal.
